Are your items authentic vintage?
Most pieces are vintage or previously owned unless stated otherwise in the product description. We carefully inspect and photograph every item so you know exactly what you’re purchasing.
Are the items new?
Unless specifically marked as new or deadstock, our pieces have been previously worn. Natural signs of age and wear are part of what makes each item unique.
How do I know what condition an item is in?

Are your pieces one of one?
Most vintage items are one of one. Once a piece sells, it may not be available again.

We usually cannot restock the exact same vintage piece, but similar styles may appear in future archive drops.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to lower 48 states
excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or shipped.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in the same condition in which they were received. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
